Substantial refurbishment and internal alterations of an existing warehouse and external areas to create a modern logistics centre for Valor Real Estate Partners LLP.
This project comprised of remodelling the existing 9,673m2 commercial and distribution floorspace industrial unit at 16 Vickers Drive, Weybridge – supported by new ancillary offices, associated parking, servicing, landscaping, pedestrian, and vehicle access arrangements with the application boundary covering 2.12 hectares (5.25 acres)
