Project description
At £1.7m we were the lowest tenderer for the refurbishment of Sheerness Swimming Pool. Along with Press & Starkey, the Project Managers we were entrusted with bringing the project to completion for £1.55m.
Working with Press & Starkey we achieved a final account value of £1.53m and completed on time in 30 weeks.
The project included:
New curtain walling
A major revamp of the extensive Mechanical and Electrical installation
NewRoof comprising of 100mm insulation and layers of felt
New Changing Rooms & Sun Terrace
Extensive repairs & redecoration
